Return & Refund Policy

At Schoolingcare, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to deliver premium quality educational stationery and supplies. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 5 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) must be provided

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team at gswcare@gmail.com with your order details and photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds and replacements will be processed within 1–2 working days after approval. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances
  • Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging will not be accepted
  • Items returned after the 5-day return window will not be eligible for a refund
